Bio
Devlin is tall, wide, and muscular. His hair is spiked backwards to both sides as a combination of natural tendencies and styling, as his hair never lays flat. Has a small strip of beard across the bottom of his chin. Usually wears his signature silk jacket and dress pants, along with a locket he keeps around his neck at all times. Definitely has a very rugged appearance, and as a celebrity gives the false impression of incompetence, though he is highly skilled in a variety of subjects. Outside of raw strength he is a master of fighting, and ex-boxer at ridiculous levels of fame--only Sinnites would find him a complete stranger upon hearing his name.
Backstory
Devlin was born nine years before the start of the war in the bustling city of Saffron. He was a very small, weak child with a number of medical problems that his parents, near destitute, could not afford to treat. As he grew, he attended a school where he was ostracized for his odd behavior and pitiful strength. Realizing he could never be athletic, and not caring for the idea of desk job, he considered becoming a Pokemon Trainer. However, the war started just before his tenth birthday, and he was never able to acquire a license. Throughout his adolescent years until the age of sixteen he became depressed and withdrawn. It felt to him like he had no future at all, trapped in a war that seemed like it would never end...and then he met the master of Fighting Dojo. After some motivation and a small demonstration, Devlin began to train himself, eventually pushing past his illnesses and becoming a respected fighter. Not long after, he took to the ring as a virtual unknown until he snatched the Champion's title around 5 PR. For the next five years, Devlin Kennedy was the king of the ring, his image generating more money than other boxer in the past five decades. His image of strength and youth, his story of rising from nothing inspired the worn public, who were craving any distraction in the woes of wartime. However, as the war winded down and ended, his popularity began to lessen, and his profit value went down. Devlin was possibly the best boxer in the all the world, but it didn't matter if he wasn't turning the amount of profit his backers, investors from Sinister, were seeing a drop in income. A plan was hatched to quietly push Devlin into shame and obscurity--one that succeeded with the administration of a rare and powerful toxin that fused with his very bio structure. Any exertion cost him a measure of pain, with fighting being near impossible without blacking out. He lost his championship match to an up and coming when he was unable to handle the extreme effects of the toxin and was admitted to hospital by his lawyer--his poisoner. The doctors were ordered never to reveal the truth about what was really wrong with him, and it was nearly three months before he was visited by a member of Valiant, who had expected Sinister involvement. Despite protest, the woman, Morrigan DeNonno extracted a small measure of blood from the bedridden Devlin while the doctors were not looking. She came back a week later to inform him of what had happened, offering Valiant's assistance in return for a donation to their cause. He refused outright, though he thanked her for the information. Several months later, Devlin checked out of the hospital on a cane, having trained his body against the pain of the toxin until he was fit enough to care for himself. In the weeks that followed, he mirrored his childhood experience, rising above the limitations that had been forced upon him once more. Slowly, he regained his ability to walk and run, and began to function higher and higher, all while watching the fame and glory he had accrued slip away under the weight of the men who had replaced him. A year after he had been poisoned, he had recovered just enough to get around normally, though under the pressure of pain for every step. He realized that he would not be fit to fight like he had done in the glory days anytime soon, and there was only one way to get his vengeance upon Sinister--Pokemon. From then on he was a fighter and a trainer, both him and his Pokemon learning from each other in various ways. Afterwards he took up a few missions as a solo vigilante, stopping robberies in ski masks and tracking down pickpockets. It didn't take long to realize that he could not do everything completely on his own, Pokemon or not. And so, with some reluctance, he joined Valiant, abandoning his self-reliant tendencies. He seeks now to take down Sinister not for himself, but for the people of Kanto, ever since discovering the brutal murder of his once best friend, Jason. He adopted the Tyrogue that had once belonged to him, Mac, and treated him like his own son.
Pokemon
Tien
Golduck(Tien)-Tien is an extremely skilled fighter. When Devlin found him, he was the ruthless master of Sendoff Spring, expelling any who dared try to disturb the place, a ruthless murderer. After a fierce fight, Tien allowed Devlin to capture him. He uses a mix of martial arts and psychic powers to ensure victory against any foe. After spending time with Devlin he has learned to control his hate and anger and is quietly meditative. His favorite food is fried rice. His favorite moves are Flash, Cross Chop, and Hyper Beam.
Zitz
Poliwrath(Zitz)-Zitz was discovered as part of a small gang of Pokemon vigilantes living around Cianwood, along with a pair of Toxicroak. Very strong with a sense of justice and flair, with some tendency to show off his power. Extremely fast swimmer, and just as strong in the water. Favorite food is hot dogs from Hiun City, but rarely gets them. His favorite moves are Seismic Toss, Hypnosis, and Bulk Up.
Yamcha
Hitmonchan(Yamcha)-Yamcha belonged to a desert bandit in the wastes of Hoenn, having been caught and trained before the war began. He was defeated by Devlin's own Son and joined them out of a desire to become stronger. A master with his fists, knowing how to combine skill and flashy tactics to intimidate the opponent. Favorite food is actually ginseng tea. His favorite moves are Drain Punch, Sky Uppercut, and Comet Punch.
Majunior
Hitmonlee(Majunior)-Majunior was encountered terrorizing Fortree with guerilla tactics. Killed several people who attempted to capture it, his odd color and notoriety earned him the name Majunior(Demon Junior) among the people. Devlin defeated and caught him on orders from Valiant. He still displays violent tendencies, but is often subdued by the sound of music. Favorite moves are Blaze Kick, Sucker Punch, and Hi Jump Kick.
Son
Infernape(Son)-Son was received from a local professor to be his first Pokemon to train. Son does not share most Infernape's tendencies for anger, and is very calm and peaceful. Loves to fight, as a sport, not a war, although he possesses great strength. Would never kill unless he had to, and usually willing to show mercy to his enemies. Favorite food seems to be anything and everything. Favorite moves are Close Combat, Focus Blast, and Flare Blitz.
Shellcracker
Scizor(Shellcracker)-Shellcracker was taken forcibly from a Sinister agent by his friend Morrigan. He will follow any and all orders with frightening efficiency, though his behavior seems to be crablike. Mostly used for recon and distraction, due to its metal body. Prefers to eat greens. Favorite attacks are Bullet Punch, U-Turn, and Aerial Ace.

Stopped a pair of Sinister gangsters from robbing a bank in Cianwood, continued to defeat related crimes over the next month while hatching a plan with Ray Penbar.Offered himself up to Silph Co. for an exhibition match to survey Silph Co, and is currently raiding the tower.
