Description of the character
Backstory
He has traveled all regions thoroughly and knows them like the back of his hand. He convinced his family that he was out making sales during his missions. Over time, though, they died one by one. He even had to kill his own son who had joined Heroic. A clever old man capable of thinking in many different ways. His marking is located on a bald spot on his scalp. He removes his hat with his right hand and does a slight bow, bringing his right arm across his body, elbow a few inches below the chin. He currently travels with a young girl claiming to be his granddaughter, his "adopted grandson." In Johto(and other continents) he brings his traveling companion, a certain Mr. Recar.

Neat little perks that need to be posted somewhere to prevent whining despite having been brought up in the chat several times that you don't know about because you weren't paying any attention to said posts:
-Thanks to many many years of mental exercise, Nine has made his mind incredibly resistant to psychic probing. So resistant, in fact, that he can disguise his surface thoughts and constantly does so just to play it safe. Getting through this will take a seriously strong psychic.
-These contacts of his are everywhere, though they're focused mostly in the Kanto region. Nine still has a strong presence in Johto, though it's considerably weaker in Hoenn and Sinnoh. If you're in Kanto and Nine wants to find you, it's very doubtful you won't be found. Your chances are slightly better in Johto and noticeably better in Hoenn or Sinnoh.
-Even though age has weakened Nine's physical strength, you'd be surprised what years of walking can do for your body.

Description: Johannes was an incredibly successful salesman, selling all kinds of things to all kinds of people. He has earned a degree of fame in Kanto and Johto. Remarkably charismatic and great with words, he could talk most anybody into buying something. Because of his success in sales and his "other job," he's amassed quite a fortune.
He owns a house in Saffron(which has several buttons that fill the house with a poisonous gas. Sinisters, through rough training, have developed an immunity to this gas.), though he rarely stays there. He usually relies on his fame and the fact that he has helped out several businesses while traveling Kanto. In fact, it's difficult to find someone over 40 years old that doesn't know his name and face.
He occasionally makes trips to Ecruteak for the Kimono Girls. From his years of salesmanship, he has developed strong relations with various peoples of varying power throughout Johto and a good chunk of Kanto. Such contacts include hotel owners, restaurant owners, higher ups of major news sources, etc.

Nidoteam: The Nidokings are all tools. However, they sometimes think themselves above Nine or just decide not to follow his orders. In these situations, Queen is brought out to bring them to order.
Queen - She's a dominatrix. She's controls the Nidokings and she loves that fact. She obeys Nine and Nine only. When the Kings decide not to play ball, she will make them do so. She will not hesitate to act violently.
The Razgriz - This Dusknoir doesn't have much of a personality, though it does have an unusual quirk that sets it apart form other Dusknoirs. Being incorporeal to a degree, ghosts have some control over their bodily appearance. This one takes some of the fat from the body and uses it to create gnarled ghostly wings. Do note that these wings are merely for show and do absolutely nothing. The Dusknoir, along with the rest of the team, follow Nine's orders to the letter. They know their purposes in life, and they do so without fail.
Size note: Nine packs Gold Crown large Nidos. The Kings all reach 6'2", while the Queen measures in at a whopping 6'11".
