Olivine City

Olivine City, located on the western coast of Johto, served as a port city until it was almost entirely destroyed on April 14 by Shadow Lugia. It remains flooded as the effort to rebuild the city continues. It's still raining and there are no signs of it letting up anytime soon. At this point in time, the only people going there are rescue crews, and essentially, Olivine as it once was no longer exists.
