Bio
Susanne Summers and Rhoda are both the same person, and two separate people. She suffers from split personalities, though the reason why is unclear. Susanne Summers is a History teacher at the local school in Saffron City during the school year and a part-time nurse at the Pokemon Center the rest of the time. On the other hand, she's a Field Marshal in Sinister's Grass Division. She's a sadist, vicious and cruel with a falsely playful undertone. Rumors say she was involved in a massacre of over eighty people. Her specialization is terror and mass destruction. She is also fond of explosives.
Backstory
Not much is known. She makes allusions to being captive, but that is all.
Pogeys
Roserade(Rosie)-Skilled in the dispersion of powders and her main gal for setting up the sun. Graceful and elegant at times, though she can become quite brash when whipping up a Leaf Storm.
Seviper(Sissy)-Been with her a long time, protective and violent when angered, but most of the time sweet.
Victreebel(Ringaling)-One of her newer team members, also set up the sun. She uses Victreebel to give her victims acid baths, then gives the bones to her Houndoom. No mercy.
Tangrowth(Tangy)-Also a long time partner, used to be a quiet but intelligent Tangela. Now is a monster with very simple thought processes. Rip, tear, kill. Rhoda sometimes uses him for special purposes.
Shiftry(Gale)-Creates tornadoes with his fan with enough effort. Another part of the muscles. Sometimes works with Rosie to spread status powders far and wide. With his sixth sense, no one can sneak up on Rhoda.
Houndoom(unknown)-Her last longtime partner, used to ward off fire-based assaults. Her intense burns will last forever. A last resort in her torture policy.
Chansey(Honey)-Will only tolerate Suusanne--terrified of Rhoda. Assists her.
Sableye(Sharps)-her sucker punching Sableye, disappears on occasion, but always comes back. He protects her fondly and can help guide her in dark places.
Beedrills(The Trions)-Three elder Beedrill she caught in the National Park. They have a special move--combining three Hyper Beams into one massive laser.
Mismagius(Murasaki)-Evolved from a Misdreavus she stole from someone. Sweet and doting, but a prankster to anyone else. Even though she was stolen, she seems to take to Rhoda well.
Story So Far
Received orders from Nepenthes to test a hallucinogenic toxin on Ecruteak. She did so quite boldly, proclaiming her allegiance to Sinister and injuring many civilians. She fought with Cardinal Kalyu, but lost, fleeing while leaving Kalyu with a clue to find her again--her phone number. Bishop Juice pursued her on her escape, but eventually lost the trail. He began to return back to Ecruteak, but Rhoda turned around, deciding to test the toxin on him. She administered it with her Sableye and then watchd as he went crazy, believing Arceus to be hiding in his boot. Seeing the fun, she injected herself and then dropped down below. One thing led to another, and Rhoda had sex with the poor Bishop, leaving him bruised and with the infamous ass whiplash. She promised him more to come and left back to her Saffron City apartment, passing Nepenthesfor a report along the way. She also gets more of the toxin for herself. Kalyu called that night to ask what she had done to the Bishop, and she told her in a series of teasing comments.
The next morning, she calls Juice up for a date, unbeknownst to him, to spy on him. They head to the National Park together on a a hiking trail to a waterfall, where Rhoda collapses in an attack on the rocks. Soon after, Juice's Noctowl attacks a lone Weedle to hunt, setting the might of an entire horde of Beedrill upon them. In the downtime of the battle, Rhoda speaks to Juice and she opens up a bit, deciding she is actually interested in the Bishop. Juice saves her life. After a romantic night, she decides she likes him and has to protect him from Kalyu's inevitable backlash. Unfortunately, she is given an ultimatum--give up Juice or give up a sample of the toxin. Rhoda deigns to give up the toxin, but not before formulating a secret plan. The next day, after falling asleep with Juice in a hotel in Goldenrod, they go to turn in the toxin when Juice is captured by Amalia Valienti. However, the Noctowl is not captured and alerts Rhoda of his predicament. She quickly picks up a trail and finds him being interrogated in an old Creep hideaway. She rescues him, they turn in the toxin to Kalyu, and then they go onto of Bell Tower and have a battle, wherein Juice wins due to HNNNNGH LUCKY. So she gives him the grand prize. Yes, that grand prize.
