Team Valiant would like to be seen as an international police force, but it's probably more accurate to call them an organization of vigilantes.
Regardless, they remain a positive reputation in the public eye, although many see their actions as doing more harm than good.
Valiant is a team with great roots in heroism and sacrifice. Originally formed as Heroic by the League Leaders of the old days, they were the main martyrs against Legendary and Creep. Every death simply raised the determination of their comrades, and in times of great peril their steeled and rock hard defenses stood firm in the ground. Like the fluidity of water and the tenacity of a fighter, their strategies remained the most powerful of the three. While merely a scrap of its former self, Valiant remains the most determined to stay standing even in these times of pressure and deceit.
It is rumored that Team Valiant uses an island as a land-based headquarters, but that is little more than hearsay.
